Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe

Ingredients:
Lettuce
Crispy Chicken, cooked and diced (I use Costco’s breaded chicken in the freezer section)
Corn (roasted optional)
Black Beans (rinsed and drained)
Tomatoes diced (grape tomatoes are the best!)
Shredded Cheese
Crushed Chips
Lime
Southwest Dressing
Ranch Dressing

1 tblsp. Lime Juice
1 tblsp. Honey
1 tblsp. Yellow Mustard
1/4 bunch of Cilantro chopped

Directions:
Chicken Glaze-
Mix together lime juice, honey, mustard, and cilantro. Coat cooked chicken with glaze, set aside.

*Layer Lettuce with all toppings, including glazed chicken. Squeeze a little lime on top, and top with a blend of southwest and ranch dressing! So easy and so delicious!!
