Add a little embellishment like an iron on flower with button center.

Make a paper box to gift them in! Embellish with ric-rac, ribbon, buttons…

Use Grip-Tight Non Slip Fabric for the soles. So cute!

Embellish with shapes, buttons, or Iron-on Transfer Paper! So many different ways to dress these shoes up…
