Christmas Party Decorations
Last week was a very busy one for me!! I was one of the people in charge of the decorations at our Church’s Ward Christmas Dinner Party. I want to share all the fun stuff we made and show you how everything turned out. Including some 3D White Christmas Tree Table Centerpieces, Paper Plate Garland, cute Christmas Party Invitations, and the Children’s Christmas Ornaments we made. Here is how it turned out….
(Click on the pictures to see them bigger)
We used a couple rolls of dark green plastic table clothes, red table runners and garland with Christmas bulbs down the center.
Framed table numbers. I found the table numbers free printable HERE.
A “Be Merry” Banner free printable found HERE. And extra plastic table runner with paper plate snowman, I added black construction paper hats after this picture was taken.
Here is a picture of how the gym was set up. We had streamers on the far wall as well.
I made these adorable white paper 3D Christmas Trees for another centerpiece. You can find the Tutorial and free printable HERE. They are so easy and make a cheap and simple Christmas table centerpiece!
Along the stage I added a paper plate garland. You can find the tutorial HERE.
On our Christmas Tree we had the Christmas Ornament we made the Primary kids. You can find the tutorial HERE!
Simple, cute, and inexpensive Christmas Ornament for Primary Children.
And here is the Christmas Party Invitation for our Ward Christmas Dinner and Program…
I found the Free Digital Christmas Card template HERE…Opened it in photoshop elements and added the text. Printed them as 4×6 photos at Costco and glued them to black cardstock. Then added a magnet (the kind with sticky on the back that comes in a roll) so it can be hung on the fridge.
You can include your ward name and the address as well (mine are whited out).
The event went really well, and the food was delicious. If you are in charge of decorating your Church’s Christmas Party I would love to see pictures. Just leave a comment or send me some pictures in an email, I would love to share them with others as well.

This is great! We were asked to decorate for our ward party in one week! Thanks for letting us copy them! I would love to see the tutorial for the 3D trees 🙂

Beautiful! Thanks for posting. I tried downloading the invitations, but my filter is blocking it because they say it’s Malware. Would you be able to email me an invitation I can edit?

I don’t have the unedited file. I got it here… http://summertimedesigns.blogspot.com/2010/11/christmas-card-templates.html
Hopefully you can download it from her site.

I couldn’t get it either.

Where did you get the garland?
