DIY Homemade Valentines Ideas for Kids – Part 2
I wanted to share a couple more Valentine Ideas with you all. These are my kids Valentines from last year. Here is my daughter Sam’s Valentine…
I added some chocolate lips to a cute photo I took of her! After I took her photo I added some text in photoshop.
Then I got a bunch printed and taped on the chocolate lips (I bought the chocolate lips from Oriental Trading Comp. online).
Just look at all those Valentines….
My son’s valentine was not so girly!! It was the perfect Valentine for a boy! I got the idea HERE. Check out his bug Valentine…
To make this Valentine you will need to go HERE to print these cute mason jar valentines. I just printed them on white paper. I bought the little clear baggies from the craft store (JoAnns) in the baking section.
You will print 4 jars per page, then cut them to the size of your little bags. Then take a small cup and use a pencil to trace around the base to make a circle inside the jar.
Then take a hole punch and use it to make a hole inside the circle. This will make it easier to cut out the circle.
Use your scissors to cut out the circle you’ve drawn with the cup.
Slide the picture into the bag and fill with some bug candy! You can write a little To/From on the back of the paper or use a permanent marker to write on the bag. Fold over the top of the bag and tape down.
And in case you missed yesterday’s post, here are a few more cute DIY Valentine Ideas….
I hope your Valentines Day is a Happy one!
