Nursing Cover
These are super handy for a nursing mother and they are fairly simple to make. This one is made from about 1/2 yard of material (you can use more if you prefer) edges are folded twice over, ironed and stitched. At the top I make a little casing for the boning to fit in and I slide it in before sewing it off on the sides. (Boning can be purchased at JoAnn’s). I made matching ties for the neck piece(sew strips of fabric right sides together, then turn right side out, stitch to cover. I just tie mine off but you can also use D rings to fastin. Try it!!
