World’s Best Homemade Fudge Recipe
In my opinion this is the World’s Best Homemade Fudge Recipe!! My mom has been making her delicious Fudge ever Holiday Season since I can remember! I think its the best, you should try it and see for yourself…. Ingredients:1 cup Butter14 1/2 oz. Evaporated Milk4 cups Sugar1 – 12oz pkg. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (I use Nestle)5 cups Mini Marshmallows1 tsp. Vanilla1 cup chopped nuts (optional – I leave these out)Directions:1. Cook butter, evaporated milk, and sugar over medium heat until temperature reaches soft ball stage (234 degrees Fahrenheit). Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe
McDonald’s Copycat Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:LettuceCrispy Chicken, cooked and diced (I use Costco’s breaded chicken in the freezer section)Corn (roasted optional)Black Beans (rinsed and drained)Tomatoes diced (grape tomatoes are the best!)Shredded CheeseCrushed ChipsLimeSouthwest DressingRanch Dressing 1 tblsp. Lime Juice1 tblsp. Honey1 tblsp. Yellow Mustard1/4 bunch of Cilantro chopped Directions:Chicken Glaze-Mix together lime juice, honey, mustard, and cilantro. Coat cooked chicken with glaze, set aside. *Layer Lettuce with all toppings, including glazed chicken. Squeeze a little lime on top, and top with a blend of southwest and ranch dressing!
