Weekly Meal Plan:Monday – Chili, Salad, Cornbread Tuesday – Cheeseburger Soup, Fruit Salad Wednesday – Big Salad, Fresh Fruit (Just a big ole salad with hard boiled eggs, cherry tomatoes, croutons, and dressing!)   Thursday – Thanksgiving Dinner!!!     Welcome to part 3 of cleaning and organizing your kitchen, my computer got a bug so I will not be able to post my kitchen pictures today but I will tell you what I have been working on this week….canister labels! *In case you missed it here is Part 1 and Part 2.     Last year I made a top ten list of some great Homemade Gift Ideas for the women in your life; moms, grandmas, sisters, girlfriends, teachers, neighbors. It has been such a hit I decided to make another list for 2013! And here it is…. Collage frame with poem, a perfect gift for Grandma!     Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe

    McDonald’s Copycat Southwest Crispy Chicken Salad Recipe Ingredients:LettuceCrispy Chicken, cooked and diced (I use Costco’s breaded chicken in the freezer section)Corn (roasted optional)Black Beans (rinsed and drained)Tomatoes diced (grape tomatoes are the best!)Shredded CheeseCrushed ChipsLimeSouthwest DressingRanch Dressing 1 tblsp. Lime Juice1 tblsp. Honey1 tblsp. Yellow Mustard1/4 bunch of Cilantro chopped Directions:Chicken Glaze-Mix together lime juice, honey, mustard, and cilantro. Coat cooked chicken with glaze, set aside. *Layer Lettuce with all toppings, including glazed chicken. Squeeze a little lime on top, and top with a blend of southwest and ranch dressing!     The Holiday Craft I was working on last week is a cute little DIY Baby Jesus Nativity A great addition to your Christmas Decorations. I was helping out at our Church’s Super Saturday and this is the craft I was in charge of. Isn’t it so cute!   I got the idea from “Crafty Sisters” adorable Baby Jesus ornament.
