The day of the week that I plan out our family meals for the coming week, make a grocery list, and go shopping. I like to have a monthly theme and this month our theme is: Soups/Stews/Chilies. Click photos or name to find the recipe!


Weekly Meal Plan:





Monday – Chicken Parmesan, Green Beans, Rolls (Dessert: Monday Nights) Chocolate Chip Cookies

Tuesday – Tacos, Fruit

Thursday – Ethiopian Cabbage Dish, Fruit, Rolls

Sunday – Quinoa Chili, Steamed Carrots, Salad

(This is a list of items you would need to make this menu plan, I have a lot of it already in my pantry, check and see what items you already have and then go shopping! Click on Recipes above for exact amounts, adjust to how much you want to make, more or less).
 
-Breaded Chicken (from Costco), Spaghetti Sauce, Parmesan Cheese, Green Beans, Rolls.
 
-Tortillas, Ground Beef/Turkey, Taco Seasoning, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Cheese, Sour Cream, Salsa, Fruit.
 
-Pasta, Ground Beef/Turkey, Tomato Sauce, Onion, Garlic, Diced Tomatoes, Soy Sauce, Italian Herb Seasoning, Bay Leaves(optional), Salad, tomatoes, Salad Dressing.
 
-Carrots, Onion, Cumin, Turmeric, Cabbage, Potatoes, Fruit, Rolls.
 
-Potatoes, Ground Beef/Turkey, Taco Seasoning, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Corn, Peas, Cheese, Ranch, Sour Cream/Salsa(optional).
 
-Quinoa, Diced Tomatoes, Diced Tomatoes with green Chilies, Black Beans, Corn, Chicken Stock, Chicken Breasts(omit if you want vegetarian version), Garlic Powder, Cumin, Crushed red pepper(Optional), Chili Powder, Carrots, Salad Stuff.
